Thank you and my apologies, I accidentally linked the wrong instructions in my initial post.
I have actually been working off the correct instructions (

), I just had multiple tabs open when I was trying to troubleshoot on my own, after my initial attempts kept producing the same results.
Let me break down what I've been doing....
1. Everything works as per the instructions through step 3.
2. When I get to step 4, I set "Automatically load URL when survey complete?" to Yes.
I believe the problem has something to do with the "{PASSTHRU:id}" (as detailed under step 3), when I replace the survey code "XXXX" with {PASSTHRU:id}.
After steps 3 and 4, I attempt to "Save" my changes, but LimeSurvey kicks me back to the admin front page. However, when I leave the code as "XXXX", the changes save just fine. In fact, I've tried several different iterations of the survey code and I have matched it with the URL Parameters in the Panel Integration just to be sure, but the same results keep happening.
